Sam Schiller

Sam Schiller is a skilled GIS Specialist currently at CDM Smith, where responsibilities include developing geospatial data for projects such as FEMA’s Risk MAP and EPA remediation efforts, and optimizing data analysis using Python scripts. Prior experience includes a Graduate Assistant role at Binghamton University, where Sam designed lab classes and conducted research on urban expansion, and internships with Monroe County Conservation District and Binghamton Metropolitan Transportation Study, focusing on stormwater management and metropolitan planning. A M.A. in Geographic Information System and a B.A. in Computer Applications of Geography were earned from Binghamton University, alongside foundational education at New Rochelle High School.
