Sule Mansur is currently the Team Leader of Consulting Services for the Development of Design and Estimate Documentation for the Sanitation Development Project in Shakhrisabz, Kitab, and Karmana, Uzbekistan. With 30 years of experience in wastewater treatment plants, stormwater and wastewater collection, and water supply systems, Mansur has previously held prominent roles as a consultant and project developer in various organizations, including Polsa Energy and Environmental Technologies and CDM Smith. They have authored master plans and feasibility studies for integrated water and wastewater projects in Turkey and coordinated multidisciplinary efforts for the design and construction of wastewater treatment plants. In recent years, Mansur has focused on renewable energy projects, particularly biomass-based power generation.
