Summer Gladden

Summer Gladden, LEED AP, CF APMP, and DBIA, currently serves as Principal and Lead Marketing and Proposal Specialist at CDM Smith since January 2024. With extensive experience in marketing and proposal management, Summer previously held the role of Proposal and Marketing Manager at Leebcor Services, LLC from November 2010 to January 2024, overseeing proposal processes, developing marketing strategies, and managing corporate communication. As LEED Administrator, Summer coordinated sustainability efforts on federal construction projects and ensured compliance with USGBC requirements. Earlier experience includes roles at The Daily Press, The Captain's Log, Christopher Newport University, and McAuliffe for Governor campaign, where responsibilities spanned content creation, editing, and administrative support. Summer earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Christopher Newport University, graduating in 2010.
