Susan Jackson

Susan Jackson is a Senior Instructional Designer with over 8 years of experience in training development and a background in program coordination. They began their career at Remicalm LLC as a Customer Service Manager, where they trained customers and sales representatives, and later transitioned to Jones & Carter, Inc. as a Learning and Development Specialist, designing and delivering comprehensive learning solutions. Currently, they work at CDM Smith as an Intermediate Instructional Designer & Learning Specialist, developing quality learning programs that address global needs within the organization. Susan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from The University of Texas at Austin.
