Tamzen Macbeth has extensive experience in environmental engineering, currently serving as the Practice Leader for Environmental Remediation and Vice President at CDM Smith since January 2009. Prior roles at CDM Smith include Associate Environmental Engineer and Environmental Engineer and Principal. Prior to joining CDM Smith, Tamzen worked as the Innovative Technology Lead at North Wind, Inc. from September 2002 to January 2009 and as a Research Fellow at Idaho National Laboratory from 2000 to 2002. Academically, Tamzen holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Idaho (2005-2008) and a Master of Science (MS) in the same field from Idaho State University (1995-2002).
