Terri Slack

Terri Slack, PMP, currently serves as Vice President at CDM Smith, a position held since June 2018. Previously, Terri was the National Toll and Finance Program Manager at Jacobs Engineering from June 2010 to June 2018, overseeing a multi-million dollar contract and managing over 30 projects related to toll operations. Terri's prior experience includes roles as Director of Business Development and COO at the Georgia State Road & Tollway Authority, where responsibilities included managing the HOV to HOT Conversion Program. Further positions include Director of Authority Financing at the Georgia State Finance and Investment Commission, Senior VP Finance and Accounting/CFO at Citizens Property Insurance Corp, CFO at the Orlando-Orange County Expressway Authority, and Director of Finance at the City of Winter Garden. Educational credentials include an MBA in Management from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
