Tim Leap, DBIA, possesses extensive experience in construction estimation and project management, having held various leadership positions across multiple companies. Leap served as Regional Chief Estimator and Lead Estimator at CDM Smith in September 2025, prior to which roles included Project Manager at MKB Constructors, Director of Estimating and Vice President of Operations at Legacy Construction, Vice President of Pre-Construction at RMC Constructors, President at LMC Development, and Chief Estimator at BJ Perch Construction, Inc. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Estimator/Project Manager at Lyles Construction Group and Estimator III at Mortenson. Leap began a career in the industry at HD Supply as Chief Technical Estimator. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from ITT Technical Institute-Seattle, a Master’s degree in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, and an Associate of Science in Drafting and Design Technology from ITT Technical Institute-Seattle.
