Todd Smith. P.e.

Todd Smith, P.E., BCEE, PMP is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive expertise in water and wastewater treatment. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager IV (Associate) at CDM Smith since January 2004, Todd oversees the study, design, and construction of water treatment plants, pumping stations, and stormwater management facilities. From August 1994 to January 2004, Todd held the position of Project Manager at Environmental Engineering and Technology, Inc. (EE&T), where responsibilities included similar projects in water treatment and stormwater management. Todd began his career as an Engineer at Gannett Fleming from December 1988 to August 1994, focusing on water treatment and wastewater collection systems. Todd holds a Master of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from Old Dominion University, obtained in 1994, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from the same institution, completed in 1988. Todd’s foundational education was completed at McDonogh School, graduating in 1984.
