Tom Heinlein is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the engineering and environmental sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and Senior Manager of Unit Marketing for the Industrial Division at CDM Smith since February 2013, Tom oversees the marketing team and drives strategic business development efforts. Previous roles include Marketing Manager at Brown and Caldwell, where Tom contributed to a significant growth of a subsidiary and enhanced marketing strategies, as well as a long tenure at CDM Smith, starting in 2001, where Tom progressed to senior leadership positions. Earlier experience includes editing and managing content for Cygnus Business Media and account management at United Way of Central Maryland. Tom holds a Master of Science in International Business from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Connecticut.
