Tom McNulty is the Vice President at CDM Smith, having previously held the position of Senior Vice President there from 2011 to 2002. They also served as the Vice President at AECOM from 2006 to 2011 and were the Director of Environmental and International Programs at the American Council of Engineering Companies from 2002 to 2006. Tom is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Manhattan College, a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Penn State University, and a Doctor of Law (JD) from George Mason University School of Law.
