Tracy Terry

Tracy Terry is an experienced leader in learning and development, currently serving as Vice President and Director of CDM Smith University since May 2001, where responsibilities include aligning a global learning strategy with the vision and goals of a 5000+ employee engineering and construction firm. Previously, as a Manager of Learning Programs at CDM Smith University, Tracy designed and implemented diverse learning programs while collaborating with management to assess employee and organizational learning needs. Prior experience includes positions as Project Manager for Development & Learning at Viant, where a corporate orientation program was managed, and Senior Education Specialist at IBM's Lotus Development Corporation, overseeing global leadership and technical training programs. Tracy holds an M.S. in Training & Development from Lesley University and a B.A. in History, Sociology, and Education from Macalester College.
