Vincent Apa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in environmental engineering, currently serving as Vice President and Project Technical Leader at CDM Smith since February 1999. In this role, Vincent has been instrumental in setting the vision and executing various biosolids and water resource recovery projects alongside talented teams.
