William Knowles

William Knowles, P.E., PMP has an extensive background in transportation engineering and project management. William has held various positions at TxDOT, including State Traffic Analysis Engineer, Research Engineer, and Transportation Engineer. William also served in the U.S. Navy Reserve as a Commander with a Top Secret Clearance. With a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, William has a strong foundation in developing transportation solutions and conducting research to enhance planning methods. Currently, William is a Senior Project Manager at CDM Smith, where William continues to lead and direct highway and intermodal project traffic needs.
