Ryan Conway

Ryan Conway, PE, currently serves as Design Engineer III at CDMG Engineering since September 2023. Prior to this role, Ryan worked as a Senior Project Engineer at Crown Castle from January 2016 to September 2023. Ryan's earlier experience includes serving as a Structural Project Designer at Gannett Fleming from February 2009 to November 2015, focusing on bridge design and various structures such as wastewater treatment plants and retaining walls. Additionally, Ryan was a Structural Engineering Associate at WD Partners from June 2006 to October 2008, where responsibilities included the design of single and multi-story buildings using materials such as masonry, concrete, steel, and timber. Ryan holds a Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both obtained from the University of Louisville.
