John Christopher Utrera has extensive experience in customer service and materials handling. Currently serving as a Supervisor at Dairy Queen since April 2014, John has excelled in customer service and conflict resolution, contributing significantly to customer retention. Concurrently, John has worked as a Materials Handler at CDMV since February 2014, where accuracy and efficiency in product fulfillment have been demonstrated. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Mount Royal University, obtained between 2014 and 2018, and graduated from Cesar Chavez High School in 2013.
