Bin Ni

Bin Ni's work experience begins in 2003 as an intern at Intel, where they worked on the wireless pen project. They wrote device drivers and middleware for the pen to work under different versions of Windows. In 2005, Bin Ni joined Marvell Semiconductor as a Staff Engineer and became part of the Architecture Group for Optical Storage Systems. They led the development of a simulation platform that was significantly faster and consumed fewer resources than the previous solution. In 2011, Bin Ni moved to Apple Inc. as a SoC Performance Micro-Architect, focusing on system-on-chip performance. In 2013, they joined QUANTIL as the VP of Engineering, responsible for building and overseeing engineering teams across multiple continents and developing the next-generation internet acceleration engine. Finally, in 2020, Bin Ni became the Chief Technology Officer at CDNetworks.

Bin Ni completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics Engineering at Tsinghua University from 1995 to 2000. They then pursued a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at Purdue University from 2001 to 2005. Before entering university, Bin Ni attended The Affiliated High School of Peking University in 1994-1995.
