cDots (Connecting the Dots) is a U.S.-based nonprofit organization that connects and catalyzes coalitions across Tribal Nations, local governments, financial institutions, universities, philanthropy, and private partners. We support community-led efforts to design, prepare, and align clean energy, water, and infrastructure initiatives that strengthen local economies, create quality jobs, reduce costs, and advance energy sovereignty.

In 2025–2026, cDots was selected for national catalytic support and began advancing the coalition-building and early-stage development of a $100M+ clean energy and infrastructure pipeline, starting in Oklahoma and designed to scale across other regions.

Our work centers on Public–Private–Philanthropic Partnerships (4Ps) that align community priorities, technical expertise, and capital readiness—helping communities move projects from vision to implementation while laying the groundwork for long-term, community-aligned finance mechanisms.

Working alongside Tribal leadership and local, regional, and national partners, cDots connects the dots across energy, workforce, infrastructure, and finance—laying the groundwork for the next generation of place-based clean economy and resilience solutions.

Mission:
Connecting the dots to support community-led job creation, affordable energy access, and resilient local economies.
