Cassandra Rivais Dinova

Cassandra Rivais DiNova, Esq. is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in health care law. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at CDPHP and Editor in Chief for the NYSBA Health Law Journal, Cassandra also contributes as an Adjunct Professor at Albany Law School. Previous roles include Associate Attorney positions at Garfunkel Wild, P.C. and Rivkin Radler LLP, as well as Of Counsel at Sholes & Miller, LLP. With a clinical ethics fellowship at Albany Medical Center and adjunct professor roles at both Albany Law School and Maria College, Cassandra combines legal expertise with a strong background in bioethics.
