Danielle Boucher

Danielle Boucher is an experienced Human Resources professional with a solid background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at CDPHP since October 2020, Danielle previously held positions including HR Manager at Albany Medical Center and HR Director at MM Hayes, a software company known for its workforce management solutions. Additional experience includes managing HR functions at Lowe's Home Improvement, where Danielle improved employee engagement and implemented training programs, as well as diverse roles in service and volunteer coordination. Danielle holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Springfield College and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The College of Saint Rose.
