Deborah Downs

Deborah Downs is an experienced professional currently serving as a Client Manager in Provider Services at CDPHP, a position held since February 2013, focusing on large group retention and renewals. Prior to this role, Deborah was the owner of Colorful Collections from 2007 to March 2017, where expertise in rustic furniture and Adirondack decor was applied, specializing in custom furniture designs and original artwork. Deborah’s earlier career includes a position in material handling sales at Horizon Solutions from 2002 to 2009 and a role as a quality analyst at Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield from 1995 to 2002.
