Jessica Ward

Jessica Ward is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and investigative roles. Currently serving as a Senior Special Investigative Analyst at CDPHP since May 2018, Jessica is also the owner and founder of JK Ward Consulting, LLC, specializing in healthcare fraud investigation. Previous positions include nursing roles at Albany Medical Center, where responsibilities included caring for critical surgical and trauma patients in the SICU/NSICU and supervising new nursing staff. Jessica also has a background in claims processing with State Farm Insurance, focusing on automobile accident claims and related investigations. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Registered Nursing from Southern New Hampshire University, a Certificate in Legal Nurse Consulting from Vickie Milazzo Institute, and two Associate’s Degrees in Registered Nursing and Criminal Justice from Maria College of Albany and SUNY Schenectady County Community College, respectively.
