Jim Sagendorph

Jim Sagendorph, MBA, has extensive experience in project management and leadership within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Director of the Center of Excellence - Revenue Organization at CDPHP since January 2013, Jim oversees project portfolios for the Sales & Marketing division, encompassing various strategic initiatives such as product innovations and membership automation. Previous roles include Director of Project Management Office at HealthNow New York Inc., where Jim managed a $40M budget and led the first centralized PMO, and Staff Vice President positions at WellPoint, overseeing substantial project portfolios of $500M and $40M. Jim's career commenced at Empire BlueCross BlueShield, culminating in the implementation of the first PMO and leadership in customer service operations. Jim holds an MBA in Management Information Systems and a B.S. in Business Administration, both from the University at Albany.
