John A. Lutz

EVP, Integrated Delivery Systems at CDPHP

John A. Lutz, FACHE, FACMPE, joined CDPHP in 2021 and currently serves as executive vice president, integrated delivery systems. In this role, John is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of the CDPHP integrated delivery systems, including its joint-venture Excelsior management services organization.

Prior to joining CDPHP, John provided leadership, strategy, and consulting expertise to drive academic medical center, hospital, integrated health system, physician organization, and clinically-integrated network performance transformation. He has also previously served as chief executive officer of a large, multi-specialty physician organization.

John holds a Master of Public Health degree in Hospital Administration from Yale University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from SUNY Oneonta. He is a current member of the American College of Cardiology Education Planning Committee and the Yale University Alumni Schools Committee.
