Kathy Leyden

Kathy Leyden is an accomplished leader in community engagement with extensive experience in both nonprofit and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Community Engagement at CDPHP since September 2013, Kathy has previously held the role of Director of Community Engagement at the same organization. From 2006 to 2013, Kathy worked at the Interfaith Partnership for the Homeless as Deputy Director, where responsibilities included administrative oversight of emergency shelters and various housing programs, as well as supporting grant writing and program implementation. Kathy also served as Program Director at IPH, overseeing the Sheridan Hollow Drop-In Center and housing programs. Kathy holds an M.S.W. in Social Welfare from the University at Albany, earned between 2001 and 2005.
