Katie Decker

Katie joined CDPHP in 2013 and currently serves as vice president, people and culture, and chief human resources officer. In this role, Katie leads a team of HR professionals committed to pro-active employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and operational excellence. She is also responsible for establishing a positive employee relations environment and providing counsel for all levels of management and staff.

Katie is a Senior Professional in Human Resources and a Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional. She currently serves on the American Red Cross board of directors and the Capital Region Workforce Development Board, and is a 2017 graduate of the Capital Region Chamber’s Leadership Tech Valley. Prior to joining CDPHP, Katie held various human resources positions at Time Warner Cable and Harvard University.

A 2008 graduate of Bentley College in Waltham, MA, with a Bachelor of Science in marketing, Katie went on to earn her Master of Business Administration degree from Union Graduate College (now Clarkson University) in Schenectady, NY, in 2012.
