Kelly Linn

Kelly Linn has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies. Kelly started their career in 2002 at HealthNow New York Inc. where they worked as a Business Support Analyst, acting as a liaison between core departments and Information Technology. During their time there, they reported issues with the core claims and customer service processing system. In 2006, Kelly became the President of Capital District MOTC and held the position until 2010. Then, in 2008, they joined CDPHP and held various roles including QA Analyst, Data Requirements Analyst, Data Modeler, and Data Governance Lead. In their most recent role at CDPHP, Kelly served as a Delivery Lead.

Kelly Linn attended SUNY New Paltz from 1991 to 1994 and Hudson Valley Community College from 1992 to 1993. The degree and field of study for both institutions are unknown. In terms of additional certifications, Kelly Linn obtained the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute in October 2022 and the ITIL Foundation Level from the ITIL Foundation Certification Training Level (specific dates are not provided).
