Lauren Grimshaw

Lauren Grimshaw, MBA, LMHC, is an accomplished professional in the field of mental health and healthcare management, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Member Health Operations at CDPHP since June 2012. Throughout a progressive career at CDPHP, Lauren has held several leadership positions, including Vice President and Director of Care Management Operations. Prior to CDPHP, Lauren worked as an Addictions Counselor at 820 River St. Inc, where individual and group counseling for co-occurring disorders was implemented. Early career experience includes an internship at Hope House, focusing on adolescent therapy. Lauren holds a Master of Business Administration from Clarkson University and a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University at Albany, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the State University of New York at Oswego.
