Scott Klenk

Scott Klenk is a seasoned executive in the healthcare and human resources sectors, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Capital District Physician's Health Plan since 2005, with previous experience as Vice President of Human Capital Management. Prior to that, Scott held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Community Medical Center Health System, overseeing a comprehensive healthcare system with 2,300 employees and $140 million in revenues. Earlier in Scott's career, a Vice President role was held at ICS Learning Systems, where responsibilities included international labor relations, employee relations, and operational management across multiple global subsidiaries. Scott holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations from Marywood University and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Psychology from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.
