CDR is a Black-led, community-first music and education organisation working towards a more equitable music industry for producers and artists. 

Founded in 2002 in response to barriers within the music industry, CDR was built to create space for unfinished ideas, shared learning and collective growth. Through sessions, youth programmes, mentoring and artist development, we support music-makers at every stage of their creative journey. 

Rooted in grassroots electronic music but extending far beyond it, CDR champions independence, experimentation and access—creating environments where artists can develop their craft, build confidence and find community.
