John Morrow is a bi-lingual government management and program specialist with extensive experience in emergency management and hospitality operations. They have held leadership roles at various organizations, including CDR Companies, IEM, and Florida Blue, demonstrating expertise in incident management and operations. With a background that includes a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Miami and a Bachelor of Science in Experimental Psychology from the University of North Florida, John combines academic knowledge with practical skills. They are currently focused on managing programs related to non-congregate sheltering and disaster recovery for the Tidal Basin Group in Hawaii.
