Andrew Parker

Andrew Parker is the Director of Global Tax Compliance at Clayton Dubilier & Rice, where they currently lead U.S. tax compliance efforts. Previously, Parker held the position of Private Equity and Venture Capital Tax Compliance Lead at Point72 from 2022 to 2023. They spent nearly a decade at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, serving as Tax Director and managing asset and wealth management tax services. Earlier in their career, Parker worked as a Senior Staff member at Marcum LLP. Parker holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Pace University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University.
