Dan Glaser

Mr. Glasser joined CD&R in 2023 after holding senior positions in commercial insurance and insurance brokerage across the United States, Europe, and the Middle East for more than four decades, most recently as President and CEO of Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC). Mr. Glaser started his career at MMC and held a series of senior leadership roles, including Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of its Marsh subsidiary and Group President and Chief Operating Officer before becoming President and CEO. Mr. Glaser also acted as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Willis' Risk Solutions business and served in senior roles at AIG, leading its UK and Ireland business and AIG Global Energy. Mr. Glaser serves as the Chairman of the US Federal Advisory Committee on Insurance and is a member of the Board of Trustees for The Institutes and the Board of Directors for the Partnership for New York City. He is also Co-Chair of the International Advisory Board for BritishAmerican Business. Mr. Glaser is a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. He holds an Honorary Doctor of Humane Letters degree from St. Thomas Aquinas College.
