Daniel Lichtig is currently the Director of Tax Strategy at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, a position held since 2025, after serving as Vice President of Tax Strategy from 2023 to 2025. They previously gained valuable experience through roles at Deloitte Tax LLP, where they advanced to Director in M&A Tax, as well as interning at the I.R.S. Office of Chief Counsel and clerking at various law firms. Daniel earned a J.D. and an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, completing their studies in 2014 and 2015, respectively.
