Harsh Agarwal

Mr. Agarwal joined CD&R in 2020 and is principally engaged in evaluating investment opportunities in the technology sector. He played a key role in the Firm’s investments in Cloudera and Epicor. Prior to joining CD&R, Mr. Agarwal spent almost ten years at EQT Partners and TPG Capital. He began his career in the technology, media, and telecom group of the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs & Co. Mr. Agarwal has an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.S.in business administration from the Washington University in St. Louis, Olin Business School.
