Jon Selib

Jon Selib is a Managing Director and Global External Affairs Leader at Clayton Dubilier & Rice, where they currently oversee strategic initiatives. They previously served as Senior Vice President of Global Policy & Public Affairs at Pfizer from 2019 to 2022. Before that, Jon ended their tenure as a Partner at Hakluyt & Company, advising major corporations and financial sponsors from 2013 to 2018. Earlier in their career, they held prominent roles on the staff of Senator Max Baucus, including Chief of Staff and Legislative Director, and served as Tax Counsel for the US Senate Finance Committee. Jon earned a BA in History with honors from Trinity College-Hartford and a JD from American University, Washington College of Law.
