Mr. Kirchner joined CD&R in 2016 and is principally engaged in evaluating investment opportunities. He played a key role in the Firm’s investments in Brand Industrial Services and Cornerstone Building Brands. Prior to joining CD&R, he worked in the investment banking division of Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
