Matthew Weithorn

Matthew Weithorn is currently a VP of Tax Strategy at CD&R and is a rising 2L at Washington University in St. Louis Law School, aspiring to work in Transactional Law. Previously, they served as a Senior Manager in M&A Tax at PwC, and held various roles in M&A Tax there from Associate to Manager. Matthew has also gained legal experience through internships at the City of Miami Beach Legal Department, Edward Jones, and Neighborhood Legal Services, where they worked on a range of legal matters. They hold a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law and a Juris Doctor from Washington University in St. Louis.
