Nathan K. Sleeper

Mr. Sleeper joined CD&R in 2000 and is a member of the Investment Committee. He also leads CD&R’s industrial investment vertical. Mr. Sleeper has been involved in CD&R’s investments in Atkore, Beacon Roofing Supply, Brand Industrial Services, Brakes, CHC Group, Core & Main, Cornerstone Building Brands, Culligan, Hertz, Hussmann, PowerTeam Services, Roofing Supply Group, SunSource, US Foods, and Wilsonart, as well as its debt investments in HD Supply and US Foods. Prior to CD&R, he worked in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs & Co. and at investment firm Tiger Management.
