Stephen Tucker, MODL, is a seasoned security, health, and safety executive currently serving as Vice President of Safety at CD&R, where they lead initiatives to enhance workplace safety and compliance across portfolio companies. Previously, they held key positions including Director of EH&S and Quality at Rock-Tenn Company and Global Director of Security, Health & Safety at Suntory Global Spirits, where they directed health and safety strategies for one of the largest global spirit manufacturers. Stephen earned their degree summa cum laude from Saint Joseph's University and has extensive experience in developing scalable safety systems and fostering a culture of health and well-being.
