Max Ross

Max Ross is a Senior Safety Engineer at CDS Defence & Security, with a strong foundation in safety engineering cultivated since October 2016. Prior experience includes a role as a Team Member at Greggs, where Max demonstrated enthusiasm and engagement in customer service and food preparation. Max also worked as a Beach Lifeguard for RNLI, providing safety guidance and managing beach incidents, along with multiple roles at Greggs from 2010 to 2015 during which work involved baking, sandwich preparation, and shop presentation. Additionally, Max served as a Student Ambassador and Mentor at Newcastle University Marine School, facilitating communication with prospective students and assisting new students in adapting to university life. Max holds a Master's Degree in Marine Technology with Marine Engineering from Newcastle University.
