Training and Development

The Training and Development team at CDS Defence & Security is responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs aimed at enhancing the operational effectiveness and leadership capabilities within the Armed Forces. The team comprises specialized roles such as Digital Learning Designers, who create engaging training materials; the Head of Training, who oversees the strategic direction of training initiatives; the Army Trainer Capability & Executive Coaching Manager, who focuses on developing Army-specific training solutions; and the Executive Coaching Lead Coordinator, who ensures the effective delivery of executive coaching services.
