Randy Bruner

Randy Bruner is an experienced Project Manager with a comprehensive background in construction management and project development. Currently serving at CDS Development since July 2015, Randy conducts site due diligence, reviews Letters of Intent, and drafts leases for tenant decision-making. Prior experience includes managing remodels and expansions for national restaurant chains at Quality Project Management (now EMG), supervising construction activities as a Construction Superintendent at JC Commercial, and overseeing warranty and maintenance projects at Parkway Construction & Architecture. Randy's career began as a Construction Manager at Woodhaven Homes, where oversight of all phases of residential construction was a key responsibility. Randy holds a degree from Oklahoma State University.
