Aaron Smith

Aaron Smith has been in the workforce since 1995. Aaron began their career as a Mechanical Engineer in the Ion Implant Division at Applied Materials. In 1998, they moved to InPart as an Operations and Customer Support Engineer. In 2000, they were promoted to Product Manager at InPart/PTC. In 2001, they continued in the same role at PTC. In 2004, they began working as a Technical Consultant at Vistagy. Finally, in 2005 they joined CDS Visual as Vice President of Marketing and Director of Business Development. In this role, they were responsible for developing solutions for industrial suppliers such as an online catalog with parametric search, 3D CAD model & CAD Drawing downloads, product configuration, eCommerce, 3D product visualization, and custom application development.

Aaron Smith received their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute between 1991 and 1995. Aaron then went on to earn their MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business between 2005 and 2008.
