Tom Halpin has worked in the sales industry for over 15 years. Tom began their career in 2004 with Titan Group NA as the Managing Partner. At Titan Group NA, they were responsible for selling tool steel, mold and die components, in-die tapping and custom mold bases to manufacturers in the appliance, automotive, defense, aerospace and oil and gas industries. In 2009, Tom started The Halpin Group, where they provided B2B clients with leadership mindsets, frameworks and implementation strategies to help them transform their businesses. In 2013, Tom became an Account Executive at CDS Visual, a Dover company, where they helped OEMs and Distributors increase conversions online, reduce engineering constraints and make customer-impacting workflows more productive.
Tom Halpin obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing & Management from Northwood University. Tom then went on to complete an MBA from the University of Detroit Mercy in 1999. Tom also holds a certification as a Blue Ocean Strategy Practitioner from the Blue Ocean Strategy Institute.
