Michael Kwan

Michael Kwan is a seasoned security professional with extensive experience in various roles within information security and technical support. Currently serving as a Security Solutions Architect at CDW Canada since February 2022, Michael specializes in understanding customer needs and developing tailored security solutions across diverse sectors. Prior to this role, Michael worked as the Manager of Security Operations at Vancouver Community College, overseeing alert triaging and vulnerability management. Michael also held multiple positions at the City of Burnaby, including Information Security Analyst and Microcomputer Support Specialist, where collaboration and security management were key responsibilities. In addition to a background in information security, Michael has a unique experience as a wedding pianist, providing bespoke live performances. Michael Kwan holds a Certified Ethical Hacker certification from EC-Council University and an Associate of (ISC)2, CISSP. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Music from Queen's University.
