Michael Palma

Michael Palma is an experienced project manager currently leading the Project Management Office at CDW Canada since October 2022. Prior to this role, Michael spent over 14 years at RYCOM Corporation, where responsibilities included managing various projects in telecommunications and infrastructure, focusing on planning, budgeting, and resource management across diverse environments such as retail and data centres. Michael successfully coordinated RFPs, client certifications, and large-scale relocations, and played a pivotal role in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business objectives. Michael holds a Bachelor of Administrative Studies in Information Technology with a specialization in Business Systems Analysis from York University, attained in 2011.
