Al Noche

Al Noche is an experienced business analyst and consultant currently employed at CDW since April 2021. Previously, Noche worked at U.S. Cellular from 2003 to February 2021, holding various roles including Payment Resolution and Write Off Supervisor, where leadership of a team of 21 associates was provided, as well as coaching and supervising teams in financial services, business accounts, and payment resolution. Noche's responsibilities included guiding teams on payment postings, reconciliations, and handling billing disputes, while collaborating with other departments to uphold fair collection practices. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager at Calhoun Beach Club from 1997 to 2002, overseeing daily operations, employee management, and vendor partnerships. Noche holds a Bachelor of Liberal Studies degree from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
