Bill Weiland

Bill Weiland is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and operations, currently serving as an Enterprise Account Manager at CDW since June 2015. Weiland has held multiple supervisory roles at CDW, including overseeing sales operations and leading the Sales Academy, where strategic planning and communication were emphasized to enhance sales performance. With a strong background in managing sales teams and supporting account managers across various business segments, Weiland has consistently focused on revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction. Prior to his career in sales, Weiland worked as a Physical and Health Education Teacher and Middle School Head Basketball Coach, where curriculum development and coaching strategies were key responsibilities. Weiland holds a Master of Arts in Teaching and Leadership from St. Xavier University and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education and Health Education from Northern Illinois University.
