Carl Painter, CPCC, ACC is the Founder and Principal Executive Co-Active Coach at CPE Professional Coaching, providing coaching and consulting services to clients and executive teams since May 2009. With a focus on leadership development, strategic goal-setting, and fostering meaningful client relationships, Carl implements effective sales and training methods to drive positive organizational change. Additionally, Carl serves as a Corporate Account Manager at CDW, recognized as a Services Leader and recipient of multiple awards, including the CDW Services All-Star Award and Rising Star Award. Previously, Carl founded CPE Professional Solutions, overseeing North American professional service solutions sales and strategic initiatives across various industries. Carl holds a CPCC certification from The Coaches Training Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Organizational Development from Eastern Illinois University.
