Carmen Castro possesses extensive experience in executive support roles across multiple high-profile companies. Currently serving as the Assistant to the Vice President of Contract Operations, Proposals Management, and Sales Enablement at CDW since February 2020, Carmen previously held the position of Executive Assistant to the Vice President and Senior Vice President of Annuities and Strategic Initiatives at Prudential Financial from September 2018 to February 2020. Carmen's career also includes a long tenure at IBM, where, from October 1998 to September 2018, an Executive Administrative Assistant role supported notable leaders, including the Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Cloud Platform, as well as in Finance IT and Business Transformation.
